Review
Privacy Guardian is a powerful tool which allows the user to detect and delete Internet tracks, hidden files, and program activity records saved in the browser. The software is easy to download and language can be chosen. You can download the trial free version first to see how it works, though, in this version, some utilities are blocked and you can only have them on the purchased version. Once you have downloaded Privacy Guardian, a screen is displayed where you can see the available options. In the main Status screen, the following actions can be selected, clean the computer, shred files or configure settings. Plus, information about the system status is given, and it will tell you, if the pc needs attention. In this same screen you can click on Clean computer, which directly leads you to the Clean Now icon. Now a set of options is at sight; you can decide if you want to Clean Window settings, Browser settings, Custom items;Third-Party software and Bleach Free space, a useful tool to have more free space on the partition of your choice. Another important function is that of the shredder, here you can shred the files you select and make them unrecoverable. In the Settings menu, you can adjust the General, Log and Shredder settings, including the customizing of language and scheduler. Privacy Guardian will make your computer safer, and most importantly, you manage how the program runs, no action is done without you having clear information of what you are about to do. |
